Georgia v. Didot
Both of these fonts are seriffed. Didot has strong thin slab serifs while Georgia has rounded brackets. Didot has stark contrast between the thick and the thin lines while Georgia has smooth transitions. Georgia is a more traditional (transitional) typeface, while Didot is a more modern.
